LICENSED COUNSELING
Licensed counseling provides professional mental health support through evidence-based guidance designed to help individuals manage emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.

family couseling
Family counseling provides a supportive environment where family members work through conflict, improve communication, and strengthen relationships with professional guidance.
Case Example:
A family began counseling to address ongoing conflicts between the parents and their teenage son, which had created tension in the home. The parents felt their son was becoming disrespectful and withdrawn, while the teenager believed he was misunderstood and overly controlled.
Judge facilitated sessions focused on open communication, active listening, and healthy emotional expression. The family worked together to establish clearer boundaries and rebuild trust.
With time, family members showed greater respect toward one another and developed stronger communication and problem-solving skills.
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling provides one-on-one professional support to help individuals navigate personal challenges, improve emotional well-being, and develop healthy coping strategies.
Case Example:
An individual sought therapy to address anxiety, low confidence, and difficulty setting boundaries in the workplace. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Judge helped the client learn to challenge negative thoughts, practice assertive communication, and manage stress using relaxation techniques. After several sessions, the client experienced reduced anxiety, increased confidence, and healthier communication skills.

Couples couseling
Couples counseling provides a supportive setting where partners work through conflict, improve communication, and strengthen their relationship with professional guidance.
Case Example:
A couple entered counseling after frequent arguments regarding communication, finances, and household responsibilities. One partner felt emotionally unsupported, while the other felt constantly criticized and unappreciated.
Judge guided the couple in active listening, respectful communication, and the use of “I” statements to express feelings without blame. Over time, they adopted healthier ways to handle conflict, improved their emotional connection, and strengthened their ability to solve problems together.
